A shared space for stillness, clarity, and reset

Join us for a weekly guided group meditation, designed to help you step out of the noise of the week and return to a grounded, steady state of mind.

More Information

Practising meditation in a group can be surprisingly powerful. The collective quiet, shared intention, and gentle guidance often allow the mind to settle more easily than when practising alone. These sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. No prior experience is required.

What to Expect
Each session follows a simple, supportive structure:

  • A brief settling period to transition from the day
  • Gentle guidance into stillness and awareness
  • Periods of quiet, spacious meditation
  • A soft closing to integrate the practice before returning to your evening

There is no pressure to perform, achieve any particular state of awareness, or “do it right.” Simply come as you are.

Why Meditate in a Group?
Many people find that group meditation offers unique benefits, including:

  • A deeper sense of calm and presence
  • Greater consistency and motivation
  • Feeling supported without needing to speak or share
  • A sense of connection

Even if you usually meditate alone, group practice can refresh and deepen your experience.

What You’ll Need

  • Comfortable clothing
  • A cushion or chair
