About

I commenced meditating in around 2005 when I learnt a vedic (mantra based) meditation technique. I have been meditating on and off for the last 20 years and then in 2025, I felt drawn to start Meditation Teacher Training without any idea of where this would lead. Over the past 12 months, I have discovered so many amazing types of meditations and other mystical knowledge and I am keen to share these discoveries with like minded people.

Meditation is a tool that can bring awareness and stillness into a persons’ life. It can be undertaken on the train into work, during a lunch break or on a flight.
